refund & exchange POLICY

We offer a 7 day  returns policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note, the 7 day time frame comes into effect only after the product is delivered to your address.

In addition, your valuable feedback will go a long way in helping us improve our products and services. So, If you’re unhappy, We encourage you to please return. After all, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. 

Returning is as easy as ordering. you can contact us at adamphillip@gmail.com or Call / WhatsApp us at +91-99839-10000 . We would require the photos of the invoice & product(s) to further process.

We will schedule a time with you and instruct our shipping partner to pick up the item. To facilitate a seamless return process, please take a clear photo of the sealed return package with the courier person before handover. In such cases we request you to please self-ship the product to us. You can self-ship the product using any courier service of your choice. Please share the courier receipt at adamphillip@gmail.com  or WhatsApp us on +91 99839-10000  with your order number. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

In one order Refund/Exchange is possible for one time Only. Exceptions may be considered. If a second return is accepted, charges will be deducted from the refund.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

Once return shipment is picked up from your premises, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse. we adjust your amount if the price of product not same. for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the customer wishes to exchange the product for a different item, they may be able to do so depending on our current inventory.

Exchange your standard size garment with custom size garment

If our standard sizes don’t fit you and you want custom fit garment in exchange, then put your best fit garment with return shipment and our courier boy will pick it up from your premises. We will construct your garment from the scratch according to your measurement and deliver it to you within 10 to 15 days. We will save your measurements for your future orders also.

If a customer requests a replacement item and we send it to them, but they decide not to accept the exchange item, the cost of the return courier will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount. This deduction covers the cost of shipping the exchange item to the customer and the cost of returning it to our warehouse.

 

Refunds

Once we receive return shipment, refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours.

If you have done online payment, your refund will be credited into your bank account within 5 to 7 days. 

For cash on delivery payments, We will require your bank details or UPI ID’s and a telephonic verification to issue a refund. It may take up to 7 business days.

If your refund is late or missing, check your bank statement first. If the refund isn’t visible, contact us promptly. We’ll share proof of the refund and guide you through the process.

Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

 

Sale items

We do not accept returns for products on sale or discounted items. Only exchanges are possible, and this is subject to certain cases.

 

Pickup Exception 

Return Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

 

For Custom Garments

We want to provide every customer a wonderful experience. However, it is not very sustainable for us to offer returns and exchanges for a custom garment as it is already manufactured according to your specifications and can’t be sold to anyone else. We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store.

 

Cancellation

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.Items in quantities greater than two are eligible for exchange only; returns are limited to one or two items.

 

Self-Shipping

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. Upto INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded.

We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

 

Wrong product handover in return

Action will be taken on the basis of package opening footage & will be returning the same product we have received. In such cases, the seller will not be liable for any loss & no action will be made if the customer fails to raise the query within 7 days of pickup.
